Exterior adhesion of stone, tiles or brick slips
THE SAME RECOMMENDATIONS APPLY AS FOR EXTERIOR APPLICATION TO CEMENT BOARD
Should the blockwork require waterproofing use the the Flexiseal™ liscensed waterproofing system. Click here for recommendations and your nearest applicator. If in doubt phone Flexco (NZ) Ltd.
Alternatively should the blockwork require only sealing and priming use "Flexi Wall 'n Floor Sealer Primer ".
Adhere the stone, brick slip facings or tiles with "Flexi Wall 'n Floor Masonry", or "Flexi Wall 'n Floor General Purpose 2 Part" adhesive.
Use Flexco (NZ) Ltd "Megamortar" and "Megamix" additive as per the instructions, to point up stone or brickslip facings. Use a suitable pointing tool to get a smooth finish.
Interior
Adhere stone, brick slip facings or tiles with "Flexi Wall 'n Floor 1 Pot". ("Flexi Wall 'n Floor Masonry" or "2 Part" can be used.)
Grout tiles with Flexco Smooth or Sanded Grout.
Point brick slip facings or stone with "Megamortar" and "Megamix" additive.
