Recommendations - Adhesion of Stone, Brickslip Facings or Tiles to Precast Concrete or Tilt Slabs
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE SURFACE IS FREE OF CONTAMINANTS, SUCH AS CONCRETE RELEASE AGENTS. ENSURE THAT THE SUBSTRATE IS CLEAN, BY SANDBLASTING FOLLOWED BY WATERBLASTING.
OBSERVE RECOMMENDATIONS AS PER APPLICATION OF STONE, BRICK SLIP FACINGS AND TILES ONTO CEMENT BOARD AND BLOCKWORK
Adhesives for Interior and Exterior Use:
Prime surface with "Flexi Wall 'n Floor™ Sealer Primer".
Adhere stone, brick slip facings, or tiles with "Flexi Wall 'n Floor Masonry", or "Flexi Wall 'n Floor General Purpose 2 Part" adhesive..
Grout tiles with Flexco Smooth or Sanded Grout.
Point stone or brickslip facings with "Megamortar" and "Megamix" additive.

Flexco (NZ) LTD will not be responsible for adhesive washout due to water ingress from rain or sprinklers prior to cure of the adhesive.
It is the subcontractors responsibility to ensure there has been sufficient cure time of the adhesive allowed prior to traffic, and that all precautions are taken to avoid ingress of water from rain etc during the cure phase.
